Meagan Good was born in Panorama City, Los Angeles on 8 August 1981. Her mother Tyra Wardlow Doyle was her manager as she entered her teens. The family grew up in Canyon Country with her three siblings and brothers in California. As a child, at four years of age, she began acting. In the beginning of her career, she appeared as an actor on television shows such as Doogie Howser Amen or M.D. When she was 13years old, her first appearance in a film Friday took place. She also appeared in 2003 as she portrayed Vanessa Scott in My Wife and Kids. She was a part of D.E.B.S in 2004 an action-comedy movie that got the actress nominated as Best Actress in the Black Movie Awards in 2005. The following years she appeared in a variety of films including You Got served The Cookout Venom One missed call Waistdeep and The Love Guru. In 2012, she continued to be active both on T.V. The show was centered around the group of people who first settled within Hollywood California.
